Unconfirmed Invoice

Instructions on what to do in case of unconfirmed payment in CryptoCloud.

If the payment made by the customer through the CryptoCloud service has not been credited to your account, you need to request the following information from the customer:

  1. INV number. It can be found on the invoice itself and in the payment letter on the e-mail.

  2. txID of the transaction. It is displayed in the wallet or on the exchange from which the transfer was made.

After receiving the data, contact our technical support. We will determine the cause of unsuccessful transaction and help to solve the problem.
