How much money do I need to send?

The invoice shows the total amount of cryptocurrency that should be transferred to the wallet of our service, excluding the commission of your wallet or exchange.

When sending funds, you need to make sure that the CryptoCloud receives the correct amount after deducting the fee of the wallet or exchange you are sending funds from, as well as the blockchain network fee.

Most providers include the commission to the required sending amount, but there are wallets and exchanges that deduct the commission amount from the total sending amount.

For example:

When sending funds from Binance, you specify an amount of 100 USDT. Binance will deduct a commission of 1 USDT and only 99 USDT will reach the service. In this case, you need to send 101 USDT so that the correct amount reaches the service after deducting the commission.

When sending funds from Trust Wallet you specify the amount of 0.001 BTC. Trust Wallet will add 0.000033 BTC commission to your amount. The total amount sent will be 0.001033 BTC, and 0.001 BTC will reach the service.

If you send an incorrect amount, the system will detect your payment and calculate the minimum amount to be paid.
