Cannot Pay in Full

I have sent the wrong amount and I cannot make an additional payment.

In this case, you need to contact the seller, explain the reason why you cannot make the additional payment, and negotiate a new invoice amount.

You will also need to provide the seller with:

  1. INV number. It consists of 8 characters, it is indicated in the invoice and payment letter in the mail;

  2. txID of your transaction. It is specified in the wallet or exchange from where the transfer was made.

After that, the seller will be able to contact the technical support of the service and confirm this invoice without additional payment from your side.
