CryptoCloud offers flexible commission customization options for all users. You can choose who will pay the service fee and additional fees, which makes working with our payment gateway convenient and transparent.
In the settings of the project you have added, you can choose who will pay the service fee and transfer fee.
Payment by the client: in this case the amount of payment in the invoice will be increased by the fee.
Payment by the merchant: in this case, the fee is deducted from the total invoice amount when funds are credited to the merchant's balance.
Fee for all incoming payments: 1,9%.
Additional fees: a transfer fee is charged for payments in Ethereum (ERC20) and Tron (TRC20) networks.
Withdrawal fee: 0%, plus blockchain network fee (the amount depends on the selected currency).
For large projects individual conditions are possible in the form of commission on incoming payments from 0.4%. You can find more information about fees at the link.
Transfer fee is a charge levied when paying invoices on the Tron and Ethereum networks. This fee is necessary for CryptoCloud to accumulate all incoming transactions to one main merchant address.
The transfer fee for the Tron network is 1.4 USD.
For Ethereum the fee is dynamic and depends on the current load on the network.
For payments in BTC, LTC, TRX, TON, BSC the transfer fee is not charged.
You can choose who will pay the transfer fee whether it is the client or the merchant in the project settings.
Payment by the client: the transfer fee is added to the invoice amount.
Payment by the merchant: the transfer fee is deducted when the payment is credited to the balance of the merchant's account, in addition to the service fee.
Example (payment by the client):
Invoice for 100 USD in USDT TRC20 network: the client has to pay 101.4 USDT TRC20 + network fee.
Invoice for 100 USD in USDT TON network: the client pays 100 USDT TON + network fee.
A network fee is a charge levied to validate a transaction on a blockchain. The fee is set by miners or validators, and its size is usually calculated automatically when a transaction is sent from a wallet or exchange. In some cases, services allow you to set the fee manually.
If your buyer doesn't consider the network's commission, the invoice will be paid partially. Details on what to do in such situations can be found in the section.
When withdrawing funds from the balance, the network fee is also charged, which is paid by the merchant (service user) directly at the moment of withdrawing funds to an external cryptocurrency wallet.
