Duplicate Payment
Solving the problem of multiple invoice payments.
If your customer has mistakenly paid an invoice more than once, request the following information from the customer:
INV number. It can be found on the invoice itself and in the payment letter on the e-mail.
txID of all transactions. It is displayed in the wallet or on the exchange from which the transfer was made.
After receiving this information, please contact our technical support. We will credit the entire amount received to the account.
