If the client has overpaid the invoice in one transaction, the amount of the overpayment is automatically credited to your balance. In this case, no additional actions are required from you - the funds are immediately credited to the account.

However, if you have any questions or need to clarify the details of the overpayment, you can contact our technical support. To do this, please prepare the following information:

  • INV number. It can be found on the invoice and in the payment letter on the e-mail.

  • txID of the transaction. It is displayed in the wallet or on the exchange from which the transfer was made.

If you have any questions or need help, you can contact our support via chat on the website and in your personal account, as well as reach us on Telegram. Support contacts are listed .
