Withdrawal Request
Making a withdrawal request in CryptoCloud.
One of CryptoCloud’s advantages is fast withdrawals. Received payments are credited to the account balance immediately after network confirmation and become available for withdrawal without reserves, freezes, or service-side delays. CryptoCloud does not hold funds.
You can withdraw funds in two ways:
manually — by creating a withdrawal request in your dashboard
automatically — by configuring auto-withdrawal to saved addresses
To withdraw funds from CryptoCloud, follow the steps below:
In the «Balance» section, go to the «Funds withdrawal» tab.
Fill in the application form, selecting the currency and one of the saved wallets. You can also specify a new address that will be saved after submitting the withdrawal request.

You can specify any amount for withdrawal, but the minimum is from $10 in any available currency.
Withdrawals are only possible to saved and confirmed addresses.
In most cases, requests are processed within 5 minutes, and in rare cases processing can take up to 1 hour.
It is impossible to receive payments directly to your wallet through CryptoCloud. All funds are first received into the system and then withdrawn to the wallet you specify.
To enable automatic withdrawals, you must first add and confirm wallet addresses for the required currencies in the «Saved Addresses» section.
